Elise had wanted to go back to the ruins of the Ancient Tomb, a site that ended up being the first meeting of the Hero Duo when she and Remiel were looking into it. Memories of her time in the other ‘Galar’ flood in a little, but she can only remember pieces of it now. She sees the the crumbling walls of the tomb itself around the entrance and she’ll go in. The King of Bountiful Harvests goes along with her, perhaps he is interested in what happened there while the Calyrex in the memory of the dream ‘Galar’ is a fleeting dream.[break][break]

The only piece now that the ambassador remembers from that time is that the Calyrex was suffering from something. The King in the memory appeared to be sick, possibly from the poison that affected the cities. When Elise sees the large space around the tomb’s walls, she could still see the slash marks and the deep scratches from the fighting between the legendary Galarian hounds and the two ruinous beasts.[break][break]

Wherever the legendary hounds were, one of them was watching over the sheriff now and biding their time in seeing if he was worthy. She anticipated that they had been watching for a while.

When she goes to investigate the scratch marks on the wall, the sound of scraping metal makes her a little panicked. Turning to find a wild Pawniard who looks at the floating King, maybe this one was trying to get a good look on the royal looking hare. Charles appears to ignore the wild Pokemon as he had been looking at the other dropped vases around the other side. [break][break]

With the High King being a little distracted, the wild Pawniard goes off to look for another thing to bother with. The ambassador knelt down to get a good look at a clay red vase since it was an object that probably belonged to some ancient civilization that served in the tomb.

Both the diplomat and her Calyrex move to study the deeper scratches on the walls of the ruined tomb. The King is a little curious of the shape of the scratches and whether it was made by the other ruinous beast that was battling the Zamazeneta. Elise only remembers the beast that looked like a deer with a bowl on its head and that one had instilled fear into her. [break][break]

Charles turns around to see a wild Vigoroth walking around the area. He doesn’t get distracted in studying the scratch on another wall before the wild normal type simian Pokemon goes off on its own.

When the sounds of footsteps could be heard after Elise moves to one of the other rooms with older artifacts, she turns around to look at a wild Grimmsnarl who didn’t look too happy that she was on his territory. The High King comes to protect her when he senses that she’s threatened by the wild Grimmsnarl and he’ll launch an Energy Ball at the demon-looking Pokemon. [break][break]

The sphere of nature’s energy hits the wild Grimmsnarl square onto his chest as the other male attempts to hit the small hare king with an Assurance. Charles floats away and avoids the fist of the Grimmsnarl though he knows that he would be at a disadvantage against the dark typing of the Poekmon.[break][break]

Another Energy Ball from the High King of Bountiful Harvests manages to weaken the Grimmsnarl enough that the bulky Pokemon kneels down. Elise quickly throws an empty Dusk Ball that she takes out from her pack and the button hits the wild Grimmsnarl. [break][break]

She’ll watch the red light suck in the wild Pokemon before it drops to the ground.
